STANDARD DÉCOR PACKAGE | $500 +Tax
Includes gold lanterns, vases in multiple sizes and colors for floral arrangements, clear and mercury glass votive holders, signage, dessert stands, table numbers and more.
DELUXE DÉCOR PACKAGE | $725 +Tax
Includes everything in our standard package with the addition of our vintage furniture, sweetheart table, large black lanterns, copper arch, pillars, large chalkboard signs, white shepherd hooks and more.
5 GOLD ORBS PACKAGE | $175 +Tax
Includes installation, materials and tear-down of 5 gold orbs on the pergola. The gold orbs are hung in a specific location towards the front of the pergola, so you can view them from the patio. Florals and/or greenery are NOT included.
SET-UP & TEAR DOWN SERVICES
FULL DÉCOR SET-UP | $800
This package allows your family to enjoy the day! We will have a team set up all of your beautiful décor items the morning of the event. Service from 10am - 12:30pm. Includes décor drop off on Thursday before wedding weekend (by appointment only) and pick-up Tuesday after the wedding (by appointment only). You are responsible to place all decor back into the designated storage area at the end of the wedding night if you wish to pick it back up on Tuesday.
Does NOT include assembly of floral arrangements, decor peices or installations. This service does NOT include placement of linens, folding napkins or placing silverware. Everything must have tags off and ready to be set on the tables.
Choose this package and you will get $75 off décor rentals through The Cottage Farmhouse.
TEAR DOWN SERVICE | $400
This package allows you and your family a stress-free evening! We will have two staff members clean up florals, garbage, and tear down all of your beautiful décor items and package them up in the original boxes you brought on-site. We will put all of your items on one table for easy transportation at the end of the evening. Service from 9pm -11pm. Please note that this service does not include dismantling large arches, installations or things of that nature.
DÉCOR STORAGE RENTAL | $200
Would you like to store your wedding day decor on the property? No problem! You can drop it drop off on Thursday before wedding weekend (by appointment only) and pick-up Tuesday after the wedding (by appointment only). You are responsible to place all decor back into the designated storage area at the end of the night if you wish to pick it back up on Tuesday.

Early Access to the Bridal Cottage Suite
Want a little more prep time? Get up to two hours of early access! This only applies to the Bridal Cottage. The rest of the property will open at 10:00 AM.

Early Access to the Whole Property
Need access to the whole property to start decorating? No problem! This rate includes ALL the buildings (including the Bridal Cottage and the Granary). The whole property is yours for the following rates:

EARLY FIRE MANAGEMENT
Our Venue Manager comes at 6pm (5pm weekday/Sunday) and starts the bonfire (if used) for your safety. If you want an early bonfire for social hour, we have hourly rates available below:
